Prince of Persia Sequel Confirmed
After releasing an earnings report, the gaming world was let known by Ubisoft that a Prince of Persia sequel will be released, and is already in development. As anyone who played the great looking, even better playing Prince of Persia remake could have guessed, Ubisoft will be making a new Prince game and it appears to already be in development. After posting an earnings report, which also showed the company’s third quarter sales were up 29.3%, the hopes and expectations of all Prince fans came true. "In 2003, Ubisoft posted more growth than any other company and was the 7th largest independent publisher in the United States. It also confirmed its strong position in Europe. Today, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time is a resounding success for our group; a sequel to this hit is already being planned with an improved marketing positioning," stated Yves Guillemot, Chairman of Ubisoft Entertainment. Guillemot continued to make fans happy by stating that Ubisoft will expand their Chinese and Canadian studios, where much of their creative talent lies.
