Microsoft Unveils New Singapore Deals
First up was a new deal with local cable service provider StarHub to launch a Xbox Live starter set with one Xbox console, a cable modem, Live subscription and a set of Live-enabled games. Microsofts Home and Entertainment Division Manager Alex Chua went further to showcase a brand new limited edition Crystal edition of the Xbox available soon islandwide. Featuring a clear plastic chassis and coming with matching controllers, the package looks set to send many hearts a-beating. But the main crux of the affair was to announce the plans the platform has for the next six months which will encompass new Xbox pricings (console going for $288.00 come 9th July), reduction of prices of selected game titles up to $30 which includes Magatama, Amped 2, Soul Caliber 2 and the ever popular Project Gotham Racing 2. "Weve cemented a solid position as Singapores leading game console and this unbeatable offer seeks to broaden this reach into every home in Singapore," said Mr Chua. "Were committed to delivering unrivalled value to gamers and todays announcement makes it a fantastic time to experience Xbox."Source: http://www.hardwarezone.com
