Xbox In High Demand...Causes Armed Robbery
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Armed teenagers smashed their way into a home Wednesday all for a video-game player, police said. KMBC reported that two women were sitting at home in the 6200 block of East 12th Terrace when they got a knock at their door. Police said that a 16-year-old and 13-year-old smashed their way into the home, brandishing handguns. The teens pushed the women out of the way, demanded an Xbox along with the Xbox games. Investigators told KMBC they can't believe how brazen the two teens were. "It's always a concern when somebody that young is doing something like that," Sgt. Chad Anthony said. The teenagers were caught a few blocks away. Police said the teens did not fire the weapons. Investigators said that they are not even sure if the guns were real because they were not recovered.Source: http://www.thekansascitychannel.com
