Lithtech InterviewVoodoo Extreme recently sat down with Dan White from Lithtech Inc. to discuss the goodies that will come from using their newest development system, Lithtech 3.0. Some great information is contained in the interview along with some screens from the "not announced just yet" Shogo 2. VE - LithTech games like Shogo and NOLF have all been D3D rather than Open GL, which now should make it easier for Xbox developers to get good use out of your engines. Have you done anything to target Xbox developers? Is that, in fact, a viable market for you? Have you ever considered making your engines more GL Friendly? Is that even a possibility with LTDS3.0?
Dan White: Of course, the LithTech Development System does support Xbox and we have promoted this in our materials and did attend XFest in February. We expect that Xbox developers will find the LTDS to be a viable and valuable solution to creating games for that platform.
