Xbox 360 Launch Accessories
We know that Microsoft wants to usher in the "HD-era" with the Xbox 360, but not everyone`s ready to dish out the needed cash. In order to fully take advantage of HD, there are a number of strings attached, especially in terms of cables. When the Xbox 360 ships in the fall, it appears Microsoft will actually be helping consumers out; the machine will come packaged with component cables, reports News.Botros.Net . Of course, the standard composite cables will also make an appearance. There will also be a number of other video and audio related accessories available upon launch, including S-Video cables, an optional VGA cable for monitor fans, a "Play `n Charge" kit that powers up the Xbox 360 controller while you play, a memory card, a remote, headset, a Wifi 802.11a/b/g adapter, and anything else Microsoft`s keeping under wraps at the moment. Microsoft has not announced a release date or pricing for their next-generation hardware, though current estimates places the release during October/November and roughly the same price as the original Xbox.Source: http://tech.monstersandcritics.com
