Bungie And Valve Vets Form Giant Bite Games
March 8, 2006 - What happens when you take former Bungie Lead Producer Hamilton Chu and put him to work with fellow Halo and Halo 2 developer Michael Evans, throwing into the mix Half-Life and Counterstrike veteran Steve Theodore and Andy Glaister, former Director of Development at Microsoft Game Studios? Honestly, we're not sure yet, but so far it's resulted in Giant Bite Games, a new studio focusing on next-generation development. Officially founded in November and based in Seattle, Washington, Giant Bite is dedicated to "excellent games and a fun workplace." The studio plans to develop original titles for consoles, handheld platforms, and the PC. "Giant Bite will keep the traditions of world class production values and cohesive game play," said Glaister. "We see a great opportunity to build the sort of company that we always wanted to work for." The studio is currently in discussions about its first project, though it isn't revealing details just yet.Source: http://xbox360.ign.com/
