Xbox 360 In For Assassin’s Creed?
Having unveiled the game a couple of week's ago as a PS3 only title, Ubisoft are refusing to speak out on rumours that action-adventure Assassin's Creed is in fact bound for the Xbox 360 as well. Reports suggest that Ubisoft could in fact be considering their options on this front, with the publisher failing to reiterate that the game is being created solely for Sony's next-generation machine. Of course, it could be the case that the stunning looking new adventure is being created for the PC in addition to undecided consoles, too, though weight has been added to the Xbox 360 argument by word from E3 that demos of the game actually utilised the Xbox 360's controller. How bizarre. We also hear more vague murmurings of Ubisoft employees having unofficially mooted a version for Microsoft's system. There certainly seems a fairly good chance that the Xbox 360 could be hosting this highly impressive looking game, being crafted by Ubisoft's award winning Montreal studio. Awash with atmosphere the new title is set during the third Crusades, with players taking control of Altair on an adventure awash with machete-swinging, intrigue and historical authenticity.Source: http://www.ferrago.com/
