BlueBay May Become Infogrames Majority OwnerThe report said that if Infogrames’ recent issue of €150 million in convertible bonds is fully transferred into shares, BlueBay would own around 59.8 percent of capital and 59.7 percent of voting rights in the game publisher.
BlueBay said that it bid for a total of 88.5 percent of all the bonds.
French securities regulator AMF said that as of December 20, BlueBay held 25.72 percent of Infogrames capital and 25.64 percent of voting rights.
The bonds will be converted into shares on April 1, 2014, unless Infogrames decides to buy them back or convert them before the deadline, according to the report.
