Where can I get a soul trap spell? I'm just starting out (Level 4) but I want to try some enchanting.
Check the mage's guilds. I almost think I got mine in Balmora, but I am not sure. Worth a look though.

Balmora, temple, basement.
Go to the basement of the mage's guild in Balmora. The lady that handles travel between the mage guilds has the spell for sale.
actaully i believe that almost every mages guild has a person that sells a soultrap spell
yea, playya is right. they sell spells & scrolls. if u got bad uh...yea, i think its magicka and the judging spell, then u might need a scroll
