Disk Scratches from tray
Anybody know of a solution to keep the disk tray from scratching games? Got my first error message from my xbox over the weekend, SCARED THE $HIT OUT OF ME! If anyone know of a solution or has any ideas other than sticking soft foreign object to the disk tray please let me know.

I don't think that there is much you can do here, that wouldn't void your warranty. I definitely don't recommend sticking any objects, no matter how thin, small, or soft onto the Xbox tray.
never happened to me, i keep care of my xbox... an apple a day... well, no... but never scratched are my cds!
I used to post here a lot.
Happened to me also.I just bought a new game and stick it in and this damn error message.So I calmly eject then insert it again 'n it worked just keep ejecting it and inserting it, then may wipe it off with a rag or something if the problem persists.

Ejecting the disk and restarting is currently all I am aware of doing. And yes I take extreme care of my CD's.
