Default Hunter (new screens and info)

    Lookin' good!

The movie included with the preorder is Night of the living dead. The origional version....not the remake!

The pre-order cost off interplay's site including shipping and the dvd is right around $55.

I saw some previous discussions arguing this stuff and I just wanted to clear it up!

    Wow.. that looks awesome!

I can't wait to pick this game up.. I'm just kinda ****ed that Morrowind got delayed a couple of days. Both titles now have the same release date. I am going to have to stock up on sleep on the days prior to the release!

    Thanks for the screens guys

Nice sig. This game will be great if it has a lot of unloackable features. There is one thing it lacks, there are no bots, what are u supposed to do when theres nobody home? I wonder if u can play over LAN...

I am picking up this one the 21st as well as WSB2K3 and Morrowind as of now (still debating on Morrowind). The game looks good both in pics and the movies I have seen. The movies do the game more justice though

One of our great XBA mods, named VAN, said that Hunter: The Reckoning is System Link capable. I'm curious to why that is since this game doesn't have split screen? All four characters are on the same screen...so, I'm a little confused

Hey Maximus you do know that system link = online play right

Imagine the possibilities if its true

Definately! Via XBConnect or Gamespy, though. Either way, it would be sweet if it was System Link with that in mind. But, I wonder what the main purpose it is for? You know what I mean? Because all four characters will be on the same screen at the same time without having a split screen. This is where I'm a little confused.

But, you make a great point!

i would imagina system link would be primarily for games that can have more then four players....wouldn't this not apply to hunter?

To my knowledge, there are only four "Hunters" and to play multi-player, you have to be one of these without duplicating a buddy. In other words, no two "Hunters" can be used at the same time. All four must be different and to play four players all at once, they have to each use a different "Hunter".

Okay, I think I just about explained every angle possible saying the same thing! Whoops!

Since that is the case, I wonder how it's possible, or what the reasoning is behind Hunter: The Reckoning possibly being System Link capable..

I thought I remembered reading that there were unlockable characters in this game. I might be wrong.. but one thing is for sure though, 4 player max at a time. Anyone with info on the unlockable characters and if they're classified as "hunters" or not would be cool of ya to share it.

Also, since all Hunter's are on the same screen at a time, I fail to see why the dev's would have put extra time into development to make the game system-link compatible. Its coming out soon, we'll have some concrete answers in a couple of weeks! WOOHOO!
