Voice Control for Xbox!

microsoft is coming out with the Xbox Communicator it will allow you to hook the Xbox Microphone to it and you can control certain games with your voice. You can also talk to people who your are playing with if your playing over LAN!

Anyway, I'll stop making fun of you. The voice headset plugs into the controller slots and it has long been suspected that the white and black buttons control "To everybody" and "To your team". that's also one of the reasons xbox is broadband only--so the voices can go over and gameplay progresses smoothly.

I have to admit that I didn't know about the XBox Communicator either...but, it just goes to show that the Microsoft XBox team has some great ideas and products that will truly change the way that we play vids!

I can see this being more beneficial by playing buddies instead of random people. There's nothing better than talking a little 'smack' to people that you know Excellent feauture!

anyone know what the price will be on the cordless steering wheel for the xbox!?!

The cordless controller is $50 american so I couldn't even guess for the wheel. It would have to be more than $75.

As a big online game fan I would love to see voice communication! I am a horribly slow typer and any type of voice communication would be very exciting lol. I would also love to see what kind of innovative games Microsoft and 3rd parties could dream up and produce using this type of device.
