Too bad it's USA only. What's with your crazy government's laws and their discrimination against non-americans? Canadian competitions are almost always also open to the US, so why do we get the short end of the deal? Stupid yanks...

I don't think except is the right word, exclude is I think hehe.

I read in MaximumPC the reason is that the rules between Canada and the US as far as contests are concerned are quite different. Maybe they don't need to answer a skill testing question .
