project ego now called fable

There has been a name change of super-rpg and absolutely stunning xbox exclusive, Project Ego. Today, i can officially tell you that Project Ego is now called....Fable

The name hasn't changed at all, Project Ego was never the name for the game, it was only the code-name for it until they think of a name. Get it......"Project".......Ego

I agree, it might not have been a game too high on my list but "Project Ego" seem to somehow fit the game....

It was originally codenamed "Fable" then "Heroes" and finally "Project Ego".
Whatever, who cares what its called.

Although that does make mention of "Fable", that also doesn't say that it was formerly called "Project Ego" or anything like that at all. Project Ego is being developed by Big Blue Box. I guess MS is the publisher, which makes sense why their name is on there beside "Fable", but if MS isn't the publisher, than there's no evidence the name has been changed at all.

But whatever, who cares?

I've been looking around, and although I haven't seen anything official, most people are accepting "Fable" as the new name.
Whatever, Fable sounds better than "Project Ego", and it's completely suitable to the game.
