Who here has got their first issue of xbox mag

I got the bill finally today,so the mag should be in within a week

I got the bill on Monday. How do you know the magazine will be out in a week?

Well some people have already gotten them.The first issue is the Dec 1st issue and thats supposed to hit the streets November 5th but subscribers get the mag earlier.

i haven't received mine yet

but they already shipped to the subscribers as some people already received them. So everyone should have it by the end of the week. hopefully it will be waiting in my mailbox when i get home

Have you heard anything about the disk? How much game play footage is on it? What games are featured? How does it look? Anyone who has received theirs already, let us less fortunate ones know. Thanks!

How do you get the magazine and have them bill you? I went to the web page and all I could find was credit card payments.

when i first went there like on august 27th it had a little box for bill me later.

I sent in the card from the Preview issue that came out last month. You should still be able to get a copy.

The game disk that will be included with the magazine. Is this something that can only be viewed in the xbox or can the dvd movie reels be viewed on a home dvd player?

- i understand that the game demo's can only be played on the xbox but I don't have an xbox (yet).

I would get the magazine if I can watch game movies or other content, whatever, on my home dvd player.

Anybody know for certain?

The game disk can be played on any dvd player including PS2.This is not from my mag,im waiting for mine to come in.

i just got home and guess what was waiting me for me. that's right my oxm! first off the demo disk looks really cool. it's all silver with holographic lettering on the front. The disk can be played in ANY dvd player (i played mine in my PS2, ironic because when i get my Xbox it will replace it...hehehe).

the disk contains movies of airforce delta storm, amped, arctic thunder, cel damage, dark summit, dave mirra freestyle bmx 2, dead or alive 3, galleon, hunter: the reckoning, mad dash racing, madden nfl 2002, nascar heat, new legends, nfl fever 2002, project gotham, shrek, star wars starfighter:se, the thing, tony hawk 2x, ufc, wwr raw is war. nfl fever and tony hawk look really good. fever showed some of Da Bears in solder field which looked pretty good. the disk also had two interviews with some people from the Xbox team at Microsoft.

they also had some footage of Halo and it looks awesome.

man i can't wait until the 15th!
