Has anyone heard of a "GTA4 type" game called "Getaway"?

Apparently, it's supposed to be waaay better than GTA4--and it's supposed to be an Xbox exclusive.

I dunno, you guys are the experts... fill me in!

I heard there's mucho-violence. 'Nuff said!

where does it say anything about xbox? I see PS2, not xbox.

Huh...the only thing I heard about the GTA series was a sequel to #3, called "Vice City," I think.

You're right. The 4Th GTA game is called Vice City. Getaway is SCEA's wannabe GTA clone. And that's ok with me. Bring em on.

I just saw the screenshots of Getaway, and I am so gonna get this game!! This game can kick GTA3's a$$!!!!!!!!! It's like a mix of Driver 2 and GTA1,2,and 3.

Thanks for the all the feedback dudes. The game looks nutty...I can't believe Xbox won't be seeing it!! Argh.

Is their a release date for "Vice City"? I can't wait.

Perhaps one day a RPG, with the depth of Morrowind and genre of GTA, will come out and blow us all away. You know, it'd be cool...crusing different cities while doing odd jobs for gangsters (and moving up within the "crime familes.") It'd have to be violent as he11.

I've read about this game a while ago, and i dont know where you heard it was Xbox-exsclusive. I dunno about you but to me, it wouldn't make sense for Sony to make a Xbox-exsclusive game. Especially one of their most anticipated titles 2 years in the making.
