Need more long breath !!

I was wondering around Seyda Neen to find some dungeons to level up my character. I found something very special about the river that near Seyda Neen. In the underwater i found....a dungeon. I try to swim to the door and enter but my breath are no longer enough to go far to this dungeon. Anyone got some spells or some potions that will make you swim longer in the underwater ? Maybe in the end of this dungeon have something $$$ or a powerful weapon. I must go down of this dungeon...

Swift Swim makes you swim fast, and there is also Water Breathing. I can't tell you the locations, I don't know them, sorry.
