Dumb kid at gamestop

I stopped by my local gamespot (like EB, Software Etc., etc.) and I was lookin at the xbox titles (got Outlaw Golf) and this tiny lil 15 year old kid was holding a Halo package. I'm thinking 'ok thats cool the kids just gettin an xbox and he's pickin Halo with it'

well no

I saw the kid start to take the wrapper off the box, trying to conceal it from me and the clerks. OMFG I looked up at the other Halo boxes and it said on them 'Game not inside box'

So I tell the clerk about this, the clerk goes up to him and grabs his wrist and turns him around, the kid's totally shocked. Clerk grabs the game box and finishes the work of takin the side stickers off then hands it back to the kid and says 'here ya go, go ahead and take the game inside.'

So the kid is like 'oh really!' and thought he was the coolest **** on earth. He proceeds to open up the box and feels like a complete dumbass as there's nothing inside of it.

Then the clerk grabs the guy and calls up his mother to come in who goes on to yell at the kid, all the while another clerk and I are just sitting there laughin our asses off.

hahaha.....dumb@$$...the only thing you can steal from Gamespot is Sega Genesis, SNES games...hehe...i did that once and didnt get caught

its so easy to steal PC games from my babbages. they have these little corners where the pc games are, and if someone is at the cash register, they cant even see you over there. but they probly have cameras or something

There WERE stickers on all the boxes, thats why I mentioned it, cuz the kid was dumb by still opening it when there's a fatty sticker on it

Gamestop and Babbages are basically the same company. Babbages also owns Funcoland. Most all video game retailers do not have games inside the box if the box is displayed openly. If the box is behind glass then yes it then has a game inside. Just a little inside info for ya.

Electronics Boutique and Stop'N Save are the same company also basically.
