We use to play every saturday all night long with only 5 people but it was a blast. Food,Chips,Beer,soda and a damn good time.Than my friends got new jobs and had to start working saturdays and sundays which ruined it.

I used to do 6-8 way Halo every Saturday. But when peoplewho don't have Xboxes play a game with double joystick configurations, they never get good at it and the interest died out. That's why I'm hoping one of those launch title for Xbox Live will ignite interest. Signing off...

Playing in LANs is a great time...but, it's difficult to get several people together that are willing to play as long as I like to play...especially a Halo session. That's why I think on-line is going to be insane...I can't wait. I play Halo on-line just as if it's my religion
yea..theirs not enuff folks around me with time or xbox's for me to do lan parties...in fact i've never played a lan game.....but i can't wait till xboxlive....console gaming as we know it is about to take a huge leap in evolution

Every few weeks I gather about 8-12 people to come over to my house to have some LAN games. I have 3 televisions near each other so it is easy to set up
Not too many of my friends play xbox. When people are at my place, we play 4 player Blood Wake and thats it.
I would kill for a 4 on 4 halo CTF
