Can't begin quest for Temple !

I have visit all the shrines in the pilgrim's path. But when i return to talk with the one that supposely to give me duties for the Temple, but he tell that i must follow the pilgrim's path of the Seven Graces. I'm sure that i have visit all the shrines.... someone help me to begin the Temple's quest...i am still a layman for long time...

you realize you have to drop items at the shrines right? like bringing muck to the one on the lake, daedra hearts to the other one, etc?

unless you see the words pop up on your screen, you didn't "visit" them.
