Twas "must Read"

Twas the night before MS announced the XBL Beta testers, when all through the XBA house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a Maneatingcow;
The refresh buttons on their hotmail were being hit with care,
In hopes that St. Gates soon leave a message there;

Few XBA’ers were nestled all snug in their beds,
Because visions of kicking some online ars danced in their heads;
And Ninja in her 'kerchief, and Goldberg in his cap,
Had just settled down for a long Night’s nap. (b/c they have 56k only) (And Ninja sucks),

When b/c of an email there arose such a clatter,
Many XBA’ers families woke from their sleep to see what was the matter.
Away to their wallets the XBA’ers flew like a flash,
Tore it open in hopes of finding their credit card and maybe some cash.

When, what to their wondering eyes should appear,
But Bill Gates was wanting them to pay 250 dollars for being a XBL volunteer,

That money hungry SOB, so lively and quick,
They knew in a moment it must be that chick (-ch+D).
More rapid than automatic weapons their curses came,
But, happy they were that he had emailed and called them by name;

"Now, VAN! now, Maximus! now, Frostberg and Xboxfan!
On, Lynxfx! on Xtopia! on, Dre and Alien!
To your purchase screens, to answer the call!
Now spend away! spend away! spend away all!"

Soon they hoped their packages would be bound.
But for weeks no word from XBL could be found.
Soon Bill Gates himself showed up with their XBL pack,
A bundle of XBL toys he had flung into a sack,

His eyes -- how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
They grabbed their sack and ripped it open in a flash,
Only to find a whole lot of trash.

He had made out with all their money, and for what you say,
I heard him exclaim as he road away.
“B/c their dumb sh!its and dumb sh!its they will stay”

I did this inpart to show that in some ways this is like Christmas eve to me. I know thats dumb but,,, And then to show how silly this all is. And I can see no reason for a move,,,,,I am taking of real general stuff.

Great job man...I'm very impressed, except I wasn't in it

But then again, the XBL Beta Testing is like Christmas, it's about giving, not receiving, cuz I plan to be giving out alot of arse kickings...

Thanks and sorry. I took the real Night B4 xmas and added so it took not that long. I like it though.

I remeber that, and there was a long thread with like 15 or so poems that people wrote with a XBOX and christmas theme, alot of them were pretty good to.

Oh and great poem.
