I'm not even much of a hockey fan and I can't put NHL 2K3 down, after that game I'd say NFL 2K3 is a close second.

1. NCAA Football 2003 (EA, not pro, but have to agree the best)
2. NFL 2k3

Madden 2003 would've been in ther until I got NFL 2k3, and now it's completely turned around.
