Thread: IGN gives Emperor's Tomb an unfair 6.1 score!

Default IGN gives Emperor's Tomb an unfair 6.1 score!

This is the worst IGN screw up that I have ever seen. They are either Indy-haters or they simply cannot give a good game a good score. All most all sites gave Indy fair scores (including XBA's 4.5 from 5). But IGN gave 6.1 from 10 for Emperor's Tomb! Its really unfair. I hope they won't make any more screw ups like this one, because it is supposed to be a good game. Even Gamespot hasn't been that bad.

Emperor's Tomb should get a 8/10, but Buffy is a better game.

Its a little harsh but I am going to have to agree with the score. Unless the full version is alot different then the demo. I am not impressed.

    Default 6/ 10 is fine

I've never played the full game, but the demo get 6/10 from me. Based on the demo, it's a "no buy"

Hey guys, stop playing the child. If you saw some sites or magazines that give a "good" (IYO) game a low score than you think this site is no good anymore. Maybe there are some issues in the game they don't like about. Everyone has his own tastes on gaming.

I suggest www.gamesdomain.com as a website for everyone to check out when it comes to game reviews. I almost always agree with them. They favor no console and rate well. Here is their review of the new Indy game.

as far as I'm concerned, IGN always rates xbox games abnormally high.... well not always... but more often than not.

This is their opinion, and for a game that hasn't been out for that long, individual user opinions shouldn't be made until more than 15 hours of playing the game have been made. I'm sure IGN does good research on their reviews.

    Is this game Xbox Exclusive?

I thought it was a cool game, awesome fighting, but the graphics definitely were lacking.

We ask ourselves, "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?" Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
