EBGames seems to do a pretty good job of ensuring their used games are still good. I've never had a problem with any of theirs.

I'v bought lots of used games at ebgames.com and they are always in great shape and cheap cus they run deals on their used games all the time.

Just ask to see teh CD before buying it to ensure your happy with the amount of scratches

I always buy pre-owned games...but the last one i bought must have belonged to a dog or something because the maunal was all wrinkled and the game has a bunch of scratches on it.
