NBA 2k3 Live Problems

Whenever I seem to play NBA 2k3 online, there is a problem. The opposing player has the ability to pause the game. This isn't really the problem, yet at the same time it is. You should only be allowed to pause for a certain amount of time, because if im winning, they pause the game until I quit it by shutting off my xbox. The only reason they do this is cuz they are losing and they want the win!!! Does anyone know if there is any way for this to be stopped?! I really need some help on this!

yea its not fair, but i guess its just not often that someone would do that, and i think u can report them on the xbox.com/live site if someone does it repeatedly.
