I might buy it, just for rainbow six, I mean, it's only $9.99.

sweet
The only new demo on it is R6-3 which will appear on OXM's demo disc. Don't waste your $10. Although "2 new Splinter Cell levels" sounds interesting. Are these really new levels or just the downloadable content we'll be getting soon?

Videogames are where art and technology meet.
It's the one level we already have, plus the next level which should be out soon.Originally posted by Rammer

Nice, I might get it to.
Put your hand on a hot stove for a min. and it feels like an hour; play a cool game for an hour and it feels like a min. Brevity's def. of relativity.
Basically...it's more $$ for the ubisoft. Don't get me wrong, Ubi's earned it's respect, but this is just a lousy marketing ploy that is pretty stupid since you can get the demos elsewhere easy enough.
Now I'm hearing that the 2 new SC levels will only be available to purchase on this disc. Are we not getting these 2 new levels free via download on Xbox live in October like previously promised? That would suck if I need to buy this demo disc or preorder a game I don't want just to get the SC levels.

I read on IGN that if you pre-order Rainbow 6 III then you'll get this disk for free.
A part of the IGN article on it:
I was gonna pre-order RS3 anyway.
The new Splinter Cell content includes two new missions involving the Russian nuclear submarine Vselka. Sam is back in his "Snake Eyes" stealth outfit again as he infiltrates a submarine base and then the submarine itself to stop nuclear warheads from falling into the wrong hands.
The Ghost Recon Island Thunder content includes four brand new maps:
Aurora - A barren nighttime desert scenario with campfires and a walled compound. You have to prevent friendly troops from being ambushed
Riverbed - Desert canyons are separated by a dried-up river and road with a useless bridge. You have to neutralize and enemy stronghold
Roadblock - An intersection with an old fortress and hospital is littered with debris. You help man the roadblock and fight off attacking rebels.
Tank - A narrow road with bridges that cross canyons a river. You help escort a supply convoy.
RIP Dave
I dont know why people are crying about the $10.00 price tag.
Its 10 F'n bucks man!
And you get 2 new SC levels, 4 new GR:IT campaign missions (which im sure can be played online as well) and a rainbow 6 3 Demo? What more can you want for 10 bucks?
On a sidenote, if you're an IGN insider, they have some new movies of the new SC levels.
