    Talking .......

Well the only place that you will be able to buy an XBOX controller from Japan will be from Japan or ebay when people decide to sell them trew that website. My friend is going to Asia for 4 months and his leaving January 2002 ............ he told me he's gonna pick me 2 controllers for my XBOX.
The XBOX will come out on Feb 22nd over there so he will find them no problem. And Micosoft also said that if you buy a hardware over there that it will work on U.S. and Canadian XBOX's.
Wait a bit and you will find some on ebay for sure............... probably around 35.00$ U.S.
Will let you know how the controller differs from the U.S. version

I still dont get why people really want the Jap controller in the US. It doesnt seem much better. I would just get annoyed with the button placement. I mean...since the beginning on time the start button has been in the middle area on the controller! I dont get why people say things like "The white and black buttons are too hard to reach!" either...

Yeah I agree with Frostberg. It'd be better to stick with the select and start buttons in the middle, just like they always are. As for that pesky white button, I'd mistake it for the Y button once or twice, ahwell I learn fast.. no troubles.
And that's all I have to say about that.

As long as you get used to it its wonderful. I bet some of the people saying they need the Jap controller will prolly not like it because they will be used to their old controller. Happens with me and mice for my comp...Once you get really comftorable with something, you really dont like changing. I'm just too used to the button placement and feel of the controller now to even think about getting another controller.
