I'm sure its real, but I doubt its something that can be purchased. Somebody probably just took a bunch of free time and messed with their Xbox. This isn't the first time I've seen something like that.

dude those are very rare xboxes they sell for alot of cash they are launch boxes only sent to people who worked on xbox for it's launch it is signed by bill gates
