My PS2 died thursday night while it was on loan to my younger borther,...
he called me up and was talking to me like it was my fault that the system crapped out on him,.. he was in the middle of playing FFX,..
I told him,.. "See,.. that's why I was telling you you should buy an Xbox,.. the PS2 is crap,.. "
I haven't had that system for a full year yet,.. and it already stopped ready all discs,...

I will be exchanging it tomorrow,... for what reason I don't know,.. maybe I'll just get my money back and get myself a better TV,.. and let my brother decide on wheter or not he'll by himself a PS2 or an Xbox,...
Oh yeah, one other thing,.. he also asked if he could borrow my Xbox while I was figuring out what to do about the PS2,...

and you all know what I said!

Just got back from Target, and what a lovely day I am having,...
they cute woman behind the service counter, politely exchanged the defective PS2, with a brand new one,...

and after testing it out for a few hours watching movies on it and playing some SSX,... it seems to work fine.

I also got a chance to do a side by side comparisson of the DVD playback of Both Systems.

Xbox blows away the PS2 in DVD play back,.. (as well as gaming too),... I am going to loan the new PS2 to my younger brother once again,.. and I hope this time it doesn't screw up while under his care,.. LOL

update: my Brother was so happy I got the PS2 exchanged I haven't seen him since last year,... last I heard him say anything, it was this
"Cool, now I can use my money for an Xbox,and I won't have to buy my own PS2,.." and he walked away laughing histerically,..
