Don't know if anyone has posted this yet but here it goes. XPLAY on TECHTV voted on the best video games of the year, and here they are....

Best Role Playing Game: Star Wars "KOTOR" (PC, XBOX)

Best Platformer Game: Ratchet & Clank "Going Commando" (PS2)

Best Racing Game: Mario Kart "Double Dash" (GCN)

Best Adventure Game: The Legend Of Zelda "Wind Waker" (GCN)

Best Graphics: Crimson Skies "High Road To Revenge" (XBOX)

Best Strategy Game: Rise Of Nations (PC)

Best Action Game: Viewtiful Joe (GCN)

Best Game Of The Year 2003: Star Wars "KOTOR" (PC, XBOX)

I watched that. It was pretty funny, just like every other Xplay.

Their choices seemed fair to me, and I wouldn't have chosen any different.

I would probably have picked PGR2 also, but Mario Kart: Double Dash is not a bad pick at all.

Rise of Nations Best RTS?


I can see that, C&C Generals i love to play and own all in, but it does still have its problems that they have yet to fix.


Xplay does suck, but Adam Sesslar is pretty cool in person. Morgan is really hot in person, doesnt talk much though.

MKDD, IMO, is the best multiplayer racing game in 2k3 (more variety), just a matter of different tastes though.

I have two problems with that list...

Mario Kart: DD I think is horrible. Possible the worst Nintendo released product ever. Also, I found Wind Waker to be an amazing dissapointment. More so a job rather than a game (the triforce peices in the ocean). It just got rediculous, and the story was retarded, im not gonna say which parts so it doesn't ruin it for anyone, but I thought it wasn't that good.
