Crimson Skies any good??

I heard a lot about this game initially, but not much lately and was considering picking it up if it's any good.

It got good reviews but I wanna hear from Joe Gamer.

Definitely pick it up, especially if you have Live.

It's easily the best live game. I played it like crazy for the first two months. Tired of it now though.

It's a great game. I picked it up eventhough I thought it was going to be similar to Bloodwake but in the air (which I hated Bloodwake with a passion)...but, was I wrong! The game is solid and worth a purchase for the campaign mode alone. The XBox Live multi-player is definately off the hook, too!

I mean, dogfighting with 16 dudes never has been this fun

I was always a big fan of X-Wing series and this is just a step up IMO. I love games that allow you to troll around and do you what you want aside from the main campaign, add to it the ability to acquire and upgrade new planes and that makes it even better. Add to it that you can take down the enemies "doggie style" or in an AA gun, even better, and add to it that it can be play multiplayer, even better. Worth buying, but i have it on rental for now.

It's one of my favorite games and I have just only played the campaign and split screen multiplayer.

These guys have all pretty much summed up my feelings on the game. Very fun 1-player, and a blast online. People have issues w/ the online component, but I've yet to have any real teeth-grinding moments on Live (re: lag 'n such).

yes you can play it on xbc, i have the game and it is easily one of the best multiplayer games that ive ever played.

Question: why is it when I get on Live, there are usually only 4 or 5 (even less) servers up for Crimson? For what is seemingly a rather popular game, not a whole lot of servers are ever going. Especially compared to the huge number of Mech Assault, R63, and other servers.

i was gonna get it today at best buy...but i ended up getting pgr2 cuz i just bought XIII 2 days ago and didnt wanna get another shooter..but im still gonna get it regardless...

believe me its by far the best game i have for single player at least. its worth every cent of the fifty dollars even tho i won mine in the xbl holiday giveaway
