Well for those that beat the game know, You hold L and start a new game to get a new outfit.

I think if you hold L + R and start a new game (you should hear a grunt), you start off in the old school blue ninja outfit, and you stay in that outfit for the entire game...

Just a heads up.

Yeah, if you want to keep the blue outfit for the rest of the chapters.

If you beat it on Very Hard, hold Right and you are the 'Awakened' Ryu, and your blue!.

Im pretty sure its once you have beaten the game. (any mode)
