I understand because down here in bermuda the xbox is $499.00 and games are $79.00 I got my xbox from the U.S when the xbox came out november 15 and than bermuda did not even have an xbox on the island. Bermuda does this late it makes me so mad alos bermuda has not even started renting games yet I want to the store and asked them when are you going to start renting and they said by the end of february I was so mad.

Dude, DenniZz...let me put it this way: If the XBox costed $899.99 in American exchange and the games costed $80 each, I still would have bought it! Of course, I wouldn't own as many games as I do, but, I definately would have bought it! It's worth every penny, dude...Just make sure you pick up Halo!

I'm serious...Halo should be mandatory! There was a dude that came in the electronics store that I work at part-time that owned an XBox...and he only has two games. But, get this: this idiot hasn't even played it yet because he owns an old television so he finally figured out that he needed the RFU Adapter so he could play it! And, get this: he didn't even know about Halo! lol...man, this guy must have grown up in a cave near bin Laden

Anyway, I told him about Halo and that he needed the RFU adapter...or just a new TV!!! He ended up buying Halo and the RFU adapter... I can't wait until this idiot comes back in like the fat ass barney he was and says "whoa, man, that Halo game is really neat!"

lol, GokuX... Funny thing is, I actually priced things out if you were to buy the parts individually that the XBox has and then build it yourself...and, it came to about $900 anyway

i remember when nintendo was 100 dollars i was like 9 or something, i thought it was like too much. Then all the other crapy snes, genesis,ps,saturn,n64,ps2, and now thegreat xbox for me so far ive spent about (725$) and im only getting started i cant wait to get my hdtv,and hook my dolby allllllllllllll around my room with a sub wuffer and thoselil add on across the cieling..

To all my friends in england waiting on the xbox, its worth every penny. As far as the xbox price they are giving us a deal, microsoft is for the customer, and will continue to improve on its franchise with the xbox, and lord know they have the dough and staying power to do so.
