1) wait until your half of the voltage meter starts to blink, punck/kick/etc your opponant intil a flash of red light appears or he/she wobbels around, grapple, and press a+b

2) 10-13 (not sure, cant check, im in the middle of a title match )

3) I dont know. try making sure the item is inbetween you and your opponant, stand about a foot back and press b (and b again if you want to put it on.)

4) Keep trying, bucko

1. Your spirit meter has to go up..then press A+B.

2. 11

3. Okay...break the box or whatever..ok? DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING and DON'T MOVE! Then you simply press B..making sure you aren't touching anything else. Not even the D-pad or joysticks.

4. Set it up..I'm sure you know how. Just try suplexing a guy in the direction of the table..it should work (if you're close enough..and not on the side...)
