    Sad Double pack 100% completion

    Does anyone know if this is fact or fiction...My buddy told me that if you use any cheats whatsoever in GTA3 or Vice City you will never 100% complete the game?? Im 92% in 3 and 98% in vice city I question this cause in both games I cant find 2 Hidden packages

    Yep i cheated just because it makes GTA better (one of the only games like this). I'm at 96 percent and im stuck.
