What game are you playing in LIVE? Try to get the latest update so maybe the issues will be gone.

Yea dloadin pr0n of stuff like KaZaa Rez. and eMule def. are bandwidth suckers.

I think we could give more worth while advice if you could inform us what game it is your getting this lag on (could be just framerate issues, some XBL games do have that) and like what router your using and such, and if you got broadband phone.
