The guy says its his 1st time selling. He will only do a money order, and his guarantee is that he provides an "email paypal address" against fraud. I wouldn't give this guy $7 let alone $700. wayyyyyyyyy to risky. Nice item, but I got burned before on $1,800 worth of merchandise so needless to say "buyer beware". International money orders are VERRRYYYYY risky b/c you have no way of recouping the money. He can give a speech about paypal but they can't do anything against money order. (remembers an old rock song: "sometimes I feel I have to.... duh duh... run away...." lol seriously though not in a million years.

That's a sweet plate. Wish I had some extra cash to grab it.
The guy selling that plate, has a bunch of cool autographed stuff for sale too. Cheap too I might add.
cool plate the tom clancy series has always been a good source of faceplates one for every game i think except splinter cell, though i may be wrong cant remember
The Tom Clancy faceplate is a part of a 3 games bundle marketed for Australia.
