Batman: Arkham City News

Arkham, DC, Lego, Snake and Dark Souls rule this week's Xbox Deals
If you aren’t already busy enough with all the new games, there’s plenty of games this week that you can revisit or experience for the first time at a great discount.

Batman: AO Batman and Joker voice actors confirmed
Unfortunately, in contrast to an earlier report, Kevin Conroy will not be lending his signature, gravelly voice to Batman: Arkham Origins’ younger caped crusader, and Mark Hamill won’t be playing the Joker either. Read on to see who’s replacing them.

Deathstroke playable in Batman: Arkham Origins
Injustice: Gods Among Us whetted our appetite to play as Deathstroke (a.k.a. The Terminator), and now it looks like we’ll be getting a double-dose of Slade love as we’ll also be able to play him in the upcoming Batman game via pre- order DLC.

(RUMOR) Batman: AO won’t feature Kevin Conroy
While the logic makes complete sense, a Batman game or animated feature without the gravelly vocal stylings of Kevin Conroy is a bitter pill to swallow. Next thing they’ll say Mark Hamill is out too...oh wait...he was never in for this game, was he?

Black Mask confirmed as main villain in Batman: AO
The photogenic (not) Gotham mob boss Black Mask will be the Dark Knight’s primary foe in Batman: Arkham Origins, and he won’t be alone, as he has put out a hit on the caped crusader’s head. Deathstroke has now become the least of his problems.

Batman: Arkham Origins announced
At long last, we finally know what the first Batman: Arkham game not developed by Rocksteady will be called. That doesn’t mean it won’t be any less awesome. Deathstroke is in it, after all!

New Batman Arkham game to come out this year
Good news, players can look forward to another Arkham-themed Batman game this year. Potential bad News, it likely won’t be from Rocksteady, the developers behind Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.

Batman Arkham City Collectors Edition Coming to US
Originally slated for only a UK release, Batman: Arkham City Collectors Edition is also taking flight here in the United States. Thankfully this doesn’t fall into the same path that other companies do with their collectors editions.

New Batman Game Announced
Batman: Arkham City may be the center of superhero attention right now, but the Dark Knight has another trick up his sleeve. Warner Bros.’ development studio Monolith Games is working on a downloadable multiplayer Batman title.

Batman Arkham City Pre-order Perks Detailed for US
Warner Brothers has detailed a couple of Batman: Arkham City pre-order bonuses via the game’s official website.

Batman: Arkham City Release Date Announced

Batman Arkham City Scarecrow sequences to return?
Rocksteady reluctantly hints towards Dr. Crane in sequel. Batmans nightmares are only going to get darker in Arkham City.

Batman Arkham City - New Detective Mode Detailed
Batman’s most important gadget gets an overhaul. Get ready for the new and improved detective vision. Now we will finally be able to enjoy the interrogation techniques of the Dark Knight.

Batman Arkham City May Have Vehicles, Co-Op
New gameplay details confirmed -- and a couple hinted at -- for the Arkham Asylum sequel. Catwoman Co-Op??

Batman: Arkham City is 5 times bigger than Asylum
Rocksteady spills the beans on sexy sequel. Get ready for a massive journey through the twisted city.

Batman: Arkham City to Feature Multiplayer
No specifics are given, but Arkham City 2 will include some sort of multiplayer mode. Holy-I-don’t-want-to-be-Robin batman!
