Halo: Killed by the guardians...?

This happened to me twice while playing Halo online. Once in Battle Creek and once in Longest. After I died, it said I was killed by the guardians. There was nobody in the game named that though. anyone know why, or anyone have it happen to them?

this has happened to me in rat race............i didn't know what to think either.........i was down in the area of the overshield powerup and i accidentally threw a grenade and killed myself, then it said i was killed by the guardian...........

I am going to post at their message board. When someone brought up the fact that the Elite talked backwards, they said it was true, so Im sure they will tell me something about this.
