Multi-Player Splinter Cell???

I'm unsure on this. I'd be interested to see how it plays out.

Take it for what it's worth gang but here is the info from this months OXM, by the rumor mole:

They aren't going to call it Splinter Cell 1.5 (That is a mole trademark), but it will feature stealthy spy antics in the multiplayer arena. Exactly how they are going to do this is still a bit of a mystery. I guess it'd kinda be like hide and seek, but with guns.

You know, as much as I love a good multi-player system in a game, I can say with much certainty that I don't want multiplayer splinter cell... This game was built too well as a one player shooter and to try and pull off multiplayer would be hard. Especially when the pepole you play against are going to notice a lot more things than the stupid AI did in game, like you hanging off pipes with yor green glowing goggles and backpack.

how are they gonna do multiplayer? if its splitscreen, then you can see where the other person is. unless its over xbox live, that might work.

we already have a game like that..its called GR.
nuttin like sneaking up behind a camper , putting your muzzle to the back of his head...then let him have it.
I always make sho to keep on blastin em so then can see how close i was thru their dead eyes!

that brings to mind, everytime im online, and some guy asks me, "hey, is Ghost recon any good?"

i answere, " do you like splinter cell? cause if you do, Ghost recon is like splinter cell, but with less moves and multiplayer".

i think ghost recon is a very good subsitute for no multiplayer on splinter cell.......IMO.....

my friend doesnt like ghost recon, i dont know why. hes like a ps2 fanboy. he came over my house and played ghost recon, and he said it was dumb cause it was too slow. like there wasnt enough action in it, but that not the point of it. the point is to be stealth-like, and youre not supposed to be going in firing machine guns.
