Is Xbox 2.0 out and I just dont see it? is it supposed to come out later today? I thought today was the 25th and just expected it to be up and running by the time I woke up this morning. ANyone know what the deal is????

Actually I think I mean 2.0 Live. I thought it was the new website that was supposed tobe at http://www.xbox.com/live/

Where we can use our gamertags to sign in and see our friends list and who is on and what games they are playig and other new features like that. I thought today was the day.

I was wiating for this too, so i went to the xbox forums to see if i could get any info, and i saw this message...

Maintenance
The forums are undergoing migration to the new Xbox.com.
We expect to be back up and running around 11:00PM PST.

So, expect it to be up at 2 AM EST, 1 AM CST, 12 AM MST, and 11 PM PST

so how is this a false statment? I was reffering to the dashboard being delayed which he said xbl 2.0. Then he stated he meant the website.

I was hoping to see this when I woke up too, but it wasn't up yet. Hopefully it is soon, and ready for tomorrow at least. Can't wait!!

thanks for the info but Microsoft made a falso statement. THey wait until the last hours of the day PST to change the website? WHy not at the beginning of the day? when people will actually be online to check it. I doubt most of their hits occur at 1am ET. WHatever. In other words the change wont happen 8/26 for ET and Central time its 8/27

Lets get something strait. They never did say that it would be 5 am today. They said the 25th. And just because the forums are upadating before 11PM does not mean that the site wont be up before that. So if you are not at work like myself, just be patient, sit on your hands or go get drunk like the unemployed luck....no wiat lazy basterds that you are! I bet you note a hint of jealousy in there somewhere. Stinking office job

Well, good thing I didn't take off for today, but I'll make sure I do set the date in Sept. to get playing.

As for XSN, I'm still debating blowing 50 beans on that dam Fever game just to out XSN, but we'll see.
