    Source

Total Club Manager 2004 puts you straight into the dugout of your favourite football team. Whether you are fighting for league survival or challenging to win the championship, TCM 2004 will put you in total control. Manage the club the way you think it should be managed. Such managerial duties include: Buying and selling players in the most realistic transfer market to date; creating your own training sessions; disciplining players or granting them bonuses; dealing with national media and most importantly, keeping the fans happy.

Not that I really care and I think I know the answer, but I'll ask the question anyway:

Do you even get to play soccer in this game???

I don't think there is any real-time action in this game at all. Kinda strange though, a lot of my friends are into these sports management titles. Personally, I fail to see the attraction. I would say that these graphics look really clean, but with such a simple interface... I suppose they better look dang nice!

A game like this seems to me like FullSpectrumWarrior only for sports GMs. Huh too bad they don't have a basketball one that Scott Layden could take a look at.
