What are the Games that you can play on Xbox dashBoard..Because i will see a friend online and it says he is playing Xbox dashboard...

That just means that the person on your friend's list is on the dashboard. Is he "playing"? Well, it's possible...maybe music or something...but, other than that, there's not much playing one can do

Nope, i didn't know there was a Pre-Version of Halo, out at all... .....So where can you buy the pre-version at...?
