Exclusive: Halo 2 for Xbox To Be Released 4/4/04

That's right folks, confirmed tonight by several Microsoft Xbox insiders; the 4th of April 2004 will mark the date for the widely anticipated Xbox game - Halo 2.

Following on from its father (Halo), Halo 2 is expected to be packed full with better weapons, more intelligent enemies, online multiplayer gaming with Xbox Live! and the ability for optional voice commands to team mates in single and multiplayer.

Microsoft is currently beta testing Halo 2 internally and is on schedule and getting out impressive early copies of Halo 2

Yeah, I hate to deprive this guy of his w00ting happiness, but it very much seems like a load of crap. I mean if its true im right there with you man.. w00t! But the last I heard from Bungie they said the release was no longer 4/4/04 But they changed it to Indefinite...

We shall see when the time comes...Until then please refrain from posting news from non-Bungie sites on Bungie games..

It's not official until it's on Bungie's site. Bungie is really good about keeping up with the fans through their internet sites. If this is true, then by now it would be on Bunige. Bungie is also really good about dispelling rumors quickly. If a rumor is out, they are on it.

What? You mean to tell me that people will post just about anything on the internet without really verifying the data just because they are genetically programmed to be gullible.
