Bioware not developing KOTOR 2?

Is this true? Bioware is not going to make KOTOR 2? If this is true then I'm not going to be so hyped about this game as much as I did with the first one. Its like Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow, it doesn't look better than the original thats all I can say. Its not being made by UBi Soft Montreal.

I have seen those vids but I'm just saying that it doesn't look better than the original. I can see jagged lines. Can we go back to the topic? So Bioware isn't making KOTOR 2? Thats a shame. Sometimes letting other companies develop it will either be as good as the original or bad.
