Default Forza Motorsports, you guys write my interview [UPDATED #4]

Yeah that's the deal. My next interview is for Microsoft game studios on their new one, Forza Motorsports. I decided instead of me writing this one, I wanted the members to submit the questions and I'll include their name in the question.. (somehow). I have clearance to do this, I made sure everything would be cool and this will come off without a hitch unlike that unholy disaster last time I tried this.
Here's the deal and read this well and understand it.

The game is Forza Motorsports from Microsoft Studios

I will take and submit 20-25 questions posted by the members in this thread starting from the time I post this, ending when I think I have enough good questions.

    If you want to participate:

You will submit up to 5 questions. Don't have to make 5, but that's the limit.

You will spell check your questions and make sure the grammar is OK. If I can't read it, or there's an error, I won't use it.

You will use normal english as well. No AOL talk or whatever. I'm not deciphering anything.

I have the right to edit questions to make this work.

The questions must pertain to the game, or the game's use of XBL.

This is not an exclusive interview, by the way.

    OK.. get to work.

    UPDATE NUMBER 3
When you submit your questions include your age and a location that you are from.
A serious location, be honest, don't tell me you are from Uranus or something like that.
I intend to submit your question like this:

Reclaimer-XBA, age 28 from Houston TX asks:

If you already submitted a question, go back with the edit button and put the information in there somewhere where I can see it.
You don't have to use your real name. Your screen name will suffice

The deadline for submissions is now Sunday the 25th of July. The threads will close and work will begin. Depending on the upcome of this project, more like this one will come out.

LoRd StOnEpAw, age 14 from Germantown, MD asks:

    Question 1
What features seperate Forza Motorsports from EA's Need for Speed: Underground 2, SRS (Street Racing Syndicate), and PS2's Gran Turismo 4 (I don't know if u want to include Gran Turismo since this is a Xbox site)?

    Question 2
How does the single-player gameplay stand against Underground 2's free-roaming gameplay?

    Question 3
How does Forza Motorsport's online play fare against it's other Live competitors (such as SRS)?

    Question 4
What should the consumer look at when deciding to either pick up Forza Motorsports, Underground 2, or SRS? (I guess this relates to the previous questions...)

    Question 5
Will the game show some love for the 350z (note the sig )?

AlphaCigara, 16, from Dayton, Ohio asks

Will this game incorporate the new Xbox Live Version 3 features? If yes, how so?

Do you agree with the critics when they dub this game the "Gran Turismo killer"?

Rallisport Challenge 2 is the first Xbox Live Racer to have 16 man races. Will you do anything to match or surpass this?

Will there be any exceptional advertising campaigns to get more people interested in this under-the-radar game?

    1. How will Forza Motorsports compare to other Xbox racing titles in the graphics department?

    2. Will Forza Motorsports contain the ability to customize certain aspects of the user's vehicles? If so, what aspects?

    3. With Forza Motorsports being an Xbox Live title, will it still support system link and split screen play?

    4. What makes this title stand out above other racing games, in it's single player and multiplayer departments?

Edit: Might as well throw in a candidate for the final question

    5. Thank you for your time, is there anything you would like to add?

Lax_defense, age 15 from Los Angeles, Ca, asks:

What makes this title better than the other racing games? I have a few and I am very pleased with their Live capabilities. What new features to the multiplayer aspect will you bring?

What will the single player game focus on? Is it racing-based or points/money based(i.e. PGR)? Or will it be a combination of the two?

I have lots of questions but my key 5 are as follows:

Q1. A sim is not a sim without a ****pit view or at a minimum a hood view. No pictures or videos have shown either view to be available. Is a hood or ****pit view planned for the final release?

Q2. Many reliable sources have stated that the XBOX cannot support a true force feedback steering wheel. There were also reports from E3 that Microsoft is planning to release a steering wheel for Forza. If so, will the steering wheel support true force feedback?

Q3. Could you describe how the career mode is implemented? Is it a linear progression through stages or is it more open-ended? Is the career mode based on collecting money through winning races?

Q4. Since we are able to essentially create a customized vehicle, is there an extensive replay mode so we can sit back and enjoy just watching our cars after a race? Please describe what replay functions and camera angles will be included.

Q5. One of my biggest complaints in PGR2 was that damage did not affect play. On XBL people would smash others to get ahead with no penalties and races were not enjoyable. Will Forza punish drivers who smash others through corners in a realistic way so they will be less prone to behave poorly while racing?

I have more, but that is my key five questions.

Edit: This is my most anticipated game far beyond even HALO2!

    1. Will gamers have the ability to modify and/or upgrade their vehicles? If so, describe the extent in how vehicles will be modified and upgraded.

    2. Would you say that Forza is an arcade racer or a simulation racer? And, please, describe your answer with some examples.

    3. How long has Forza been in development and approximately how many people made this exciting game happen?

    4. What can players expect with Forza Motorsports in regards to the XBox Live experience?

    5. What makes Forza Motorsports stand out compared to other racers and makes it a unique racing experience?

Gran Turismo is thought to be the god of racing games, partly because of it's unfathomable customization for mostly everyhthing. Is Forza shaping up to be the Gran Turismo killer that all the Xbox fans have been begging for, or should we be expecting something completely different?

Question 1: Will this game have the new features? Like clan stuff and whatever?

Question 2: Since this is a game with no screenshots or anything and may look like it's a working title, will this be on the Next Xbox/NexBox/Xenon/Xbox 2?

Question 3: Will this be a Xbox exclusive game? Or with PS2 (your enemy) and Gamecube?

Question: How are the races set up? Will only certain type of cars be allowed in certain races? If you upgrade your car will you be able to enter a race you were in with the same car before the upgrade? If so will the computer controlled cars involved be upgraded as well?

It’s a complicated question, but I feel a very important one. Maybe someone sees what I’m trying to get across and can try to word it better?

Will the Xbox be getting any special content that no other console will receive?

Will the game controls relate more to either a simulation or arcade racer?

What is one feature you are most excited about seeing the public react to?

What is something other game developers could learn from this game?

Was there any hands-on research in which you were able to drive a unique automobile?

NOTE: This is a Microsoft Game Studios title. In other words, questions about its appearance on other consoles are irrelevent. It is on Xbox only.

    1) How will you market this effectively so that it doesnt go under the radar as just another racer?

    2) Will damage affect your racing a-la Toca 2?

    3) Is there any unique mulitplayer modes?

    4) What is there to discourage the greifers who race backwards?

    5) What's something you wanted or coudln't get into the game in time that you wanted to?

SoundX, age 13 from the United Kingdom asks:

Is Forza Motorsports Microsoft's direct answer to Sony's Grand Turismo? Or do you plan to explore in different directions?

Have any other racing games influenced Forza Motorsport?

How can you offer a unique multiplayer experience to those without Xbox Live?

Will you be offering anything along the lines of Downloadable Content in the future?
I have seen some games like Project Gotham Racing 2, which offer completely new venues to race in. Will you plan to do the same with this game?

Are you taking any professionals on board for tips and advice on aspects of the feel of the game and so on?

FB-Gollum, age 28, from Mississauga Ontario asks:

    1. How will Forza Motorsport utilize the online community from a team standpoint? Will players be able to create racing teams (clans) and have ongoing leagues or "seasons"?

    2. Will the game utilize any online economy (the ability to buy/sell parts/cars with other people on XBL)? An online Forza AutoTrader of sorts.

    3. Who are the people developing the physics engine for the game and why is their expertise something we should be excited about? How will the physics in the game compare to Gran Turismo?

    4. How will the customization of the car's appearance work? Is it a choice of templates? Or will we have a tool to create custom graphics, paint colours and schemes?

    5. How will the tuning of the vehicle work? Will this be like most racing games which feature upgrades, where it is simply a matter of racing until you can afford all the "best" parts and utilize them? Or will the game follow a more realistic path and force the player to understand the nature of a car and balance it to create an effective racer?
