Those consoles were dying left and right. Rather than repair it (and not get your shell back since they send you a refurb and not your own repaired console), he probably just decided to sell off the shell.
Someone gave me a faceplate from one because they were told to keep the plate when they sent in their repair. They got a different console back.
Plus the guy's got some flaky feedback for cancelling auctions when he didn't get enough money for them - AFTER the auction.
It's not worth that kind of money, but regardless, I wouldn't deal with this guy.
The last one sold on March 11, 2011 for $380.00 and it was an auction. The highest I have ever seen one for for was $670.00 on Nov 08, 2009.

That Joker 360 will never sell at that price. I don't know why the seller thinks it will. One just sold less than a month ago for $642.00
What is the story behind the Castle Crashers 360? Was it given away in a contest or created and sold for charity? Do you know how many there are? I have never heard anything about it.
If I remember correctly, there was a contest at Behemot.

Maybe he should research for specialized auction houses in europe that deal with rare electronics. Try putting a "best offer" option as well.
