Xbox Gets Girly in Japan

After previewing the campaign at the Tokyo Game Show last month, Microsoft today fully unveiled its "Kisekae X" sweepstakes promotion in Japan today. The name translates as "dress up your X" -- Microsoft commissioned six popular Japanese illustrators to create special overlay artwork for the big "X" on top of the Xbox console.
A few lucky winners will be able to snag these art pieces by signing up on Microsoft's Japanese webpage with the serial number of their Xbox. American fans obviously can't enter, but we'll offer a brief profile of each piece nonetheless.

I like the second one the best, the others just don't do it for me. If you ask me, though, I would say that they should draw more geometrical figures and have more blue, black, and green shades.

Man those blow! I agree that they should make more geometric and toned down colors onstead of bright weird crap they got.

Yea, those dont look too great, but anything to generate interest, especially in Japan where there are basically no xboxes.

the 2nd and 4th one look the best out of them, they all look weird with the black background though IMO.

Those all look pretty bad. I love my green and black

Although, some of the skins on the web do look pretty slick.
