Battlefield title announced for..

DICE is once again expanding the Battlefield series, and is now developing a new Battlefield game, this time for the Playstation 2. I think this will also come out on the xbox, or a simliar version. So far this looks sweet, and 24 online is almost a perfect number if they make the maps a tad smaller, just imagine this on xbox .

hopefully it will come to xbox. and im sure it will. Looks pretty sweet. Obviously not ww2 themed. I personally like the whole ww2 theme, but urban combat looks pretty sweet.!

yeah, it'll be sweet, I think that they should make it 32 people though, because that was great on the comp. But i'd occasionally play with the full 64 players, but it's just too crowded for me. But 24 isn't too bad.

you got to remember this is on the ps2, not the xbox, and if it does come to xbox, i'm sure the graphics will be ALOT better. It's the gameplay that matters, at least to me.

Even if the game had max antialiasing, anistropic filtering and otherwise, it would still look like crap.

Actually, let's pretend it actually does, for sure, come to XBox...it won't look any better at all. It will likely be a direct PS2 port....this is EA we are talking about. Now, if this was Ubisoft, then, I would completely agree.
