Description

Morrowind is an epic, open-ended single-player game where you create and play any kind of character you can imagine. Your actions define your character, and your gameplay changes and evolves in response to your actions. Confront the assassins' guild, and they take out a contract on you. Impress them, and they try to recruit you instead. No two sagas are the same in the world of Morrowind. The end result is the most open-ended RPG possible - one with an infinite number of possible paths through the game.

Overall: Wow. This is the most freedom giving game you will EVER play. There is no way to describe how many hours of gmaeplay this COULD be. If you like rpg's you should like this game.
Gameplay: Again this will give you endless freedom. If your not the most RPG gifted, this could be kind of difficult. The quests are ok, but making your guy better and getting items is the way I would spend alot of my time.
Graphics: Not quite there. In making the huge island for you to roam, it did not leave much room for graphics. The characters look kind of flat. Overall this is not a visual eye candy especially for the xbox.
Sound: Music gets pretty repetitive. Jumping noises are kind of wierd- when you hit the ground theirs always a thud. Hardly any voices, and when there are they sound scary. Dont have to have the sound on for this one.
Suggestions: Make the graphics better. Splash a little more color on. Make it atleast kind of possible to win. MAybe a small minigame here or there.

Overall: This game was awsome, i really liked the look and feel of it. the scenery of it is really great and it is something that you can really get emmersed in.
Gameplay: the controlls are ok but the fighting sux at first, but once you get farther in the game you are able to kick serious nerf.
Graphics: as i said before, the mountians and the rest of the world is really well put together. too bad about the people and and animals, some things are really ugly. i think that a nix hound is a bad elephant.
Sound: very good but somethings are wicked repettitive, like sandstorms are so annoying that i have had to turn of the sound. definitly the weak point
Suggestions: fix the fights and people

Overall: Never really liked RPG's until this game. Massive, lots to do, great replay value. Stil have soooo much to do and have been playing for weeks.
Gameplay: Pretty good gameplay. Fighting kind of sucks at first, but when you increase your attributes it becomes immensely better.
Graphics: At first look it is unreal, but it really isn't that great. The detail is kind of shady. But it works for me.
Sound: Everything is cool other than when people try talking to you when you are just walking by or when they scream at you while fighting.

Overall: This is one of the best rpg's I have ever met on a console and may very well be the best. It harnesses your curiosity as you explore a huge island that you could spend hours walking over (if you survive that is).
Gameplay: The fighting on this game can be boring sometimes but you will meet many foes that are provide a great fight and challange you a lot.
Graphics: Visual is what morrowind is all about. You can look across a grassy feild and see harmless animals or potential enemies. which to me adds a sense of awe and excitment.
Sound: Sounds are not all that impressive on morrowind. Although the dialoge is nice. You may get tierd of the noise but you will find the sounds are very necessary to let you know what is going on.
Suggestions: My suggestion is make another with another big world because that one was great.

Overall: this game is a great game but it is not too much of my taste. the bad fighting system to this game is probably the thing that caused me to dislike the game. the idea of the game is awesome though, you basically open-endedly travel and live a life that you want but can't get in real life.
Gameplay: it's good. i like the quests because they are a challenge(some of them) but the 2 things that i didn't like about this game is that the fighting sucks(at the beginning you can't even beat up a grandma) and it's tooo addictive and sucks up your life, which i think a video game shouldn't do, that's crossing the line
Graphics: the graphics could be better texture wise. another factor is that you can't see far because there's mist everywhere you look and it causes you to get lost (which is so annoying!)the characters have horrid detail in them and the animation sucks.
Sound: the sound is actually pretty good (except when you fight)and it gets you in to the game easily. the bad thing is that when you talk to someone, there's no voiceover(let alone animation).
Suggestions: try to make fighting better, graphical textures more polished/rendered, better animation, more attraction to none-rpg-fans:)good game though

Overall: Fantastic. It's one of those games you
really get immersed into and don't realize
how much time has flown by after you get
done playing it. The open endedness is
what got me in, I love games like this and
GTA3 where you can do pretty much
whatever you wanted, and this doesn't
get boring after awhile if you're not in a
quest or something like GTA3 does. You
can clear out homes and make them
your own, make potions, heck even go
sightseeing the world is huge and very
beautiful.
Gameplay: Like I said, this is a huge huge game.
The story is great and there is just so
much to do. It can be a little
overwhelming at first but you start to get
the hang of it. Really my only complaint
is some of the smaller quests are just
running errands for people, like "take this
letter to so and so." However, you don't
have to do these if you don't want, that's
the beauty of it, it's your choice! Oh, I
also would have to agree the battle
system needs to be reworked, either
make it more like an FPS or make it
turned based, you really can't have them
both.
Graphics: The visuals can be bad and good. The
water is amazing, especially when it
rains, you can see the raindrops hitting
the water. The world is beautiful.
However, the character models could be
done a little better.
Sound: This is where the game turned sour for
me. The music got so annoying after
awhile I had to turn it off (which make for
a more realistic world anyway). The
sound effects are ok but nothing to get
too excited over. This is the worst aspect
of the game.
Suggestions: A great game, just work on the battle
system!

Overall: Elder scrolls 3: Morrowind is an "RPG masterpiece" through the eyes of some, but at the same time, a "boring and pointless waste of my life masterpiece" to others. So you can easily see from that, that morrowind does not apeal to everybody. But does, infact, apeal to all of those hardcore RPG junkies out there much like my self. But even with that being the case, the game kind-of, actually pulled me further away from even taking it out of the case to play again due to the fact that the whole concept of the game revolved around walking around in a huge, gigantic world filled with monsters, goblins and just all types of different creatures to kill with nothing more than the aid of a poorly designed battle system. So i would have to say, that through my eyes, elder scrolls 3 is a..."boring and pointless waste of my life masterpiece"
Gameplay: In this title, be warned that while playing, you will have extremely painfull right trigger finger cramps from pressing it endless amounts of times aimed to kill one creature while only half of the swings you attemp actually hit the darn thing! So obviously from that, you can see just how frustrating this game can actually be. But hey, look on the bright side, after killing a creature, you can give your finger a rest because you wont need it while you are doing nothing more than walking slowly to a place that will take like 20 minutes just to get to, and yes, literally 20 minutes to reach one place. That just goes to show exactly how big the world really is But that 20 minute thing i said only scrathes the surface compared to how long you will spend walking throughout other quests. So basically, the only thing i really enjoyed doing was killing inocent store keepers and steeling there goods, but once i was finished doing all of that, i found that there was really no need to actually play the game any longer...So i just threw it in my fireplace...no, not really, but it was very tempting.
Graphics: Here is a quote from game informer magazine..."Let's not even talk about how outdated the textures are. The draw-distance was awful."...and i agree very much so. But to give some credit, the water effects were rather
Sound: The tunes were ok, but got old really fast because of the repeating of itself over, and over, and over, and over...see my point? But then again the sound effests were'nt all that great ether.
Suggestions: Well, there is so much i would like to commit on but i will limit it only to the most important ones. First of all, whats up with the graphics? even if it is a port, that doesnt mean that you could have polished it up a bit for tha box. And lastly, the battle system...ohhh, i just do not know what you were thinking....i mean there is no words to describe it except..."not good, not good at all".

Overall: The best RPG I've ever played. Beats Star War: KOTOR due to its open ended play and depth of plot. So much to do so many things to get my character involved in.
Gameplay: Very nice controls, great story, it can be a great testiment to your personal creativity and drive to survive or simply a drifting, aimless game about nothing. Love the replay value on this one.
Graphics: While the visuals may seem bland at times with repetitveness; magic effects, creatures and towns. Detail in little things, cloths, weapons, lighting and mountaintop views is excellent.
Sound: Only down spot on otherwise perfect RPG. Repetitive sounds prove for long journeys on foot, but at least you know when trouble looms. Though environment ambience lends more realism.
Suggestions: A massively online version with room for downloadable content would catapult this series and gamemakers (Bethesda) into the top rungs for years to come.

Overall: WHat an awesome game, I didn't really like RPG games until now, this game is awesome, so much to do, great adventure with tons of detail, awesome characters with lots of great clothing, armour, weapons and accesories to get.
Gameplay: Great control, tons of things to collect, brilliant levels with tons of design, so much to do. This game could keep you going for as long as you want it to. Lots of stat building and training to do, hopefully in the 2nd the combat will be better, i.e more realistic.
Graphics: Great looking, with the best effects for a long time, the rain and water look great, the detail on the characters is awesome too. The only bad part is that when other characters are far away from you, they walk funny.
Sound: Quite boring, but that is the way it is supposed to be, the music matches the game brilliantly, and the voices of the characters is awesome.
Suggestions: Make it faster to travel and fix the combat.

Overall: Endless options, endless opportunities and endless space. Seriously, to me the feel of the game was that it's never going to end - and it truly is like that. There are so many sidequests I'm sure only someone who has put in over 1000+ hours could complete, and I'm not even sure of that. Just completing the main storyline is a good 100 hours if not more, depending on your skill and speed. If you buzz through all the text and everything and zoom through the quests it might be over in 70 hours, but I doubt it. The graphics are great, especially the day-night and weather systems. Voices sound good and the acting is also superb. People treat you differently based on your popularity. If your very evil and you kill everyone you'll see they'll just beg for mercy, and if your a great hero they'll treat you like a friend. Every skill you have reflects the game, if you can sneak and steal you can make quick cash by pickpocketing the local rich guy. I've heard many complaints about the combat system, but I thought it was OK.
Gameplay: The game gives you the feel like your really in it, because things are happening all around you, and each character has a (slightly) different aspect on things going on in the city. The quests are mainly interesting though some can get a bit too repetitive. The storyline unfolds nicely, and you get a clearer view on things as you progress, and you also gain popularity which makes you known throughout the land. The combat is basically linear, you hit the action button and your character performs various moves. I don't know about others, but the magic for me was uninteresting which is kind of a pity. You get a lot of chances to just roam about and explore Morrowind, and see how much time they put into the game by creating such vast lands.
Graphics: Models are fine, though a lot look like clones. The background and setting looks superb, I especially like the foggy swamps. Nothing much to say here, graphics are fine but nothing that would really knock your socks off. I guess with such a humongous game they couldn't really perfect the graphics due to lack of time or something.
Sound: Voice acting is great, every character has a voice but you'll have to read hella lot of text, I don't know why they didn't insist on making the game entirely with voice. That kinda wrecked it for me.
Suggestions: Graphics, sounds and combat system is the things you need to keep in mind.

Overall: This game is definately the best RPG on Xbox, and a must own for all RPG gamers. The game is massive and varied. Not only is this its most appealing aspect, but also why its not for everyone.
Gameplay: Anyone not up for an explorational adventure, stop reading NOW. Those of you who are still reading, are going to enjoy yourselves while playing this game. It is set on an entirely open island, in which you are free to go ANYWHERE... That along with the prospect of customising and developing your own character in any way you wish, is something irresistable to all RPG fans, and thats exactly what Morrowind delivers. The game world is possibly the most interactive of any game to date. Every character will speak to you if they like you enough, and you will be free to ask questions about events in the area, or even directions to your destination. Almost every item of reasonable size can be picked up and carried or sold, but be careful, as steeling someone elses belonging can result in being attacked, paying fines or going to jail, which will decrease the skills you have worked hard to build. Killing un-provoked also results in punishment, even death if too many crimes are commited without paying your fines...
Characters can be customised with clothing, weapons and armour of varying quality, to aid in battle. There is also classic use of magic to help in numerous situations. Its silly to try and continue through the game without using certain magical abilities. Questa in Morrowind come in all shapes and forms, and from all sorts of people. There are literally hundreds of quests to complete and numerous areas to explore. Thre are around ten different guilds and factions that can be joined in the game too. Along with the completion of these quests comes reputation which mean that people will like you more. That is all aside of the main quest, which takes a good sixty hours to complete, although you'll want to mix other quests and exploration into this too. The level up system in Morrowind is typical RPG, although the range of skills and abilities to be increased far out weighs those of many other RPGs. To be accurate, the possibilities in the world of Morrowind are limitless. Travelling in such a large world could seem daunting, but never fear, as Morrowind features plenty of ways to get around, there are boats, magic transport systems in ancient strongholds, mages in guilds who will happily help, aswell as others, most of which will cost a small fee. Just like taking the bus! Morrowind features all kinds of dungeons and areas to explore, the landscape is dotted with towns of all sizes and designs, and you can even get your own house by advancing far enough in the ranks of one of the Great House Factions, Redoran, Tellvani or Hlaalu. The gameplay is far too complex to describe every detail, but it is definately enjoyable, and the combat is all in real time rather than "turn based wait to attack" combat, like the Final Fantasy series. Most RPG gamers will love this game, and treasure it.
Graphics: Like any other game, Morrowind has some graphical hiccups. But i stress that these are very minor, and don't detract from the enjoyment at all. For example, on occasion the character models are a little blocky, but given the huge number of people in the game this is acceptble. The armour and weapons however are nicely done. Each is very unique, ant the range of styles the armour and weapons are availiable in is impressive. Where Morrowind excels is the depth, and detail of its incredibly atmospheric environments. Featuring a range of interesting patterns and textures, amazing lighting effects and beleivable weather. Wind, rain, cloud and sun alike are all present. Dust storms often appear, and the water is quite something, very realistic indeed. There are other small details that you will notice along the way, such as the hanging material that blows in the wind outside houses, and the incredible range of objects and styles of items that fill every shelf and surface in the game. Truly spectacular.
Sound: Morrowind features a stirring soundtrack. The theme song is surprisingly good, you'll be humming these tunes in your sleep. Music changes when an enemy is nearby, to a more epi stirring mixture, and the sound plays out as tracks through the game so it doesn't get too repetative. The sound effects are very atmospheric. Of particular interest are the amazing weather sounds, the thunder is inseperable from reality, and the rain and moving water sound spot on. The game is great in Dolby Digital, and is nearly unmatched for realism in soundeffects. Sadly the game doesn't feature full voice overs, but it does have exerts of speech for the characters greetings, many of which will reflect how much they like you. What voice acting there is however is of exceptional qualty. Another great acheivement.
Suggestions: Theres so much to do in the game that you will never tire of it, and the andless character options will ensure good replay value. For extras, a co-operative mode would have been great, other than that, the game is too good to really make any recommendations. An excellent enjoyable game, of exceptional quality. Full marks all round.

Overall: Love Hate relatationship with this game. At times I think it is the greatest rpg ever. So immense, rich and rewarding to play. Other times I curse the names of the designers of this game for being so lazy. Why so many crashes? Why so many cheats? I loved this game until I could love it no longer. I give it a high rating due to the time and enjoyment I had playing. I hope that in any new ventures they correct the errors.
Gameplay: I love playing this game in first person. I was rapted in the development of the character and the story line. There is so much to do. However as each character advances the more the become the same. Secondly, there are just too many cheats, from mud crab merchant to the attribute enhancing cheats. I guess if I had better self control these would not be a problem, however this game supplies too many opportunities to capitalize on these cheats. And Save often the game crashes way too often. But this game is truely addictive. I would play all night long.
Graphics: At times this is an amazing game to experience and watch. Others it is a disappointment. Spell effects comes to mind.
Sound: Good, spells could be better. perhaps more spoken dialogue rather than the typed choices. Does not deter from game
Suggestions: Please correct the constant crashing. Have no Cheat Codes. Differentiate the Characters. Fighters should always be fighters. Magic Users should always be magic users. etc. I love your world. make It bigger.

Overall: This is the biggest RPG EVER! the gameplay is so wide ended, you can just steal from people and make money or do the quests and be a VAMPIRE! yes vampire!
Gameplay: its an RPG, so you can expect lots of text, but you dont have to read it all, also the other interesting part is that you can transistion between 1st and 3rd person, which shows off your cool armor, but doesnt work well in combat
Graphics: Very excellent, the layout is very nice, and the art is great, it took some talanted artists to divise this creatures and everything, even though the character models could use some work...ill give it a 4.5
Sound: Simply the BEST, im running a great 5.1 system, you can hear creatures sneak up on you and the weather effects are AMAZING, it just makes for a perfect experiance, you can even hear peoples voices come from the front and then to the back as you run past them

Overall: I think that this game is an exelent RPG for anyone with an Xbox I strongly reccomend it to anyone who can enjoy an RPG. You can do anything you want.....as long as you're willing to pay the price. Everything that you do will effect your characters reputation wether if it's good or bad. Every decision you make effects your character and everyone around them.
Gameplay: I think the gameplay for this game is awsome I have a hard time putting the controller down because if your in the middle of a mission your exited to see what your reward will be or what will happen. After you join a Great House you will be able to build a stronghold and then kill the other houses operater of thier stronghold to disrupt its operations.
Graphics: At points the visual does get kinnda bad but for the most part the landscape, characters, and buildings look great.
Sound: I don't have any problems with the sound effects when you get into a fight a certain kind of music begins to play so if you listen to the music you can protect yourself before your attacked so the music is helpful but at times becomes annoying.

Sound: Good but repetive sound. Create more sound voices and once again make more happy people. They all sound sad. I am so sick of "this is the end of you fetch!"
Suggestions: Shorter loading time, yes i know it is a huge !&%$@#* place. But instead of complaining about that do something about it. Overall: A vast, endless, open, and deep RPG. RPG fans will love this one to death. Action seekers may find the massive travel and dialogue a bit too much to grasp, though. Wonderful visuals, MASTERFUL sound and music, awesome gameplay, but where this game really shines is replay value, absolutely endless. With three houses and you can only join one (Same for vampire clans.) it is easy to go through the game three times. This game could easily be played for 1000+ hours.
Gameplay: Gameplay is wonderful. Combat may be boring but if you role-play and use some strategy it can be spiced up. Spell effects are pretty and nice, but not much variety. Lots of unique ways to change your character though, through becoming a vampire, or becoming a well-respected hero. Pure open endedness is awesome and the game can really absorb you.
Graphics: The environment and scenery is beautiful, characters are bland but animation is good. Many unique models. Spell effects could use some more work.
Sound: Absolutely wonderful! The music perfectly suits the game, combat sounds nice, hearing the rain or thunder also makes the game that much better.
Suggestions: Graphics could be better, more unique combat animation, and different spell effects would do wonders. Also, why does PC get an Editor and we don't? I realize it would be hard to encorporate one, but come on!

better. There are a few visual gliches that
couldve been worked out but overall the
visuals are pretty good.
Sound: The sound in this game is very good.It is a
lower volume the farther away something
is and it kinda lets you know wheree it is
coming from. The quality of the sound
overall is really good.
Suggestions: Make this game have downloadable
content.Let the player build houses and
such.Make it online playable with other
users.Get some of the gliches and bugs
out.

Overall: the game is fun, i played for atleast 6 months, put it down now six months later im back in. the visual effects could be better, the sound is terribly repetitive.(xbox custom sound tracks would be helpfull) and the controls are so-so. this game crashes more than any other Xbox game I have ever played. be prepared for that. and the character selection is ALL looks, basically theres no difference between one and the other b/c you end up with the same stats :100 everything. and after [playing a while, u get to knoe Everything and find out that there are so many ways around THIS game that it makes halo look bug-free. and the fighting is the worst EVER!
Gameplay: fighting is terrible, and fighitng is what this game revolves around. story line is ok, and its easy to screw up.
Graphics: fuzzy. one big word that discribes it, and the throwing stars dont spin. that bugged the crud outta me.
Sound: repetitive, horrible why wont xbox use their famous custom sounds more often? its really dumb that they dont.
Suggestions: well, more weapons, and fix the fighting system, and dont make it so easy to screw up the story line, like when i kill someone for property, and join a faction, then i find out i have to do something with that person and i cant get around it. then im stuck in that class of that faction. and less glitches, likedo what blizzard does and spend time polishing. try sending out beta testing kits.

Overall: This game is extremely addictive. It is very tired to get bored of. But my disc isn't in very good condition because i bought it used so i keeps freezing up on me. But i won't penalize it for that!
Gameplay: This is what the future of non online gaming will be like you being able to choose which quests u accept and which you do not you can chose to be good or evil you can chose your race, horoscope sign, the way you look you strenght and weekness! The choices in this game is are the best part of the game
Graphics: Not to stunning but with such an immense world you can't expect too much. It's only the character models that really anoy me
Sound: I like themusic it's not too anoying and i don't usually notice it which is good. I'm sure it has something to do with the game being addictive!
Suggestions: Make more!

Overall: The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind is an open ended non linear role playing game. You play as who ever you want and do whatever you want to. You have a whole island to explore and find adventures in.
Gameplay: The gameplay is very addictive. You can play as just about any kind of character, with whatever skills you want. You can do whatever you want too. It's very fun to find little side quests and buy armor, spell, and weapons. You join guilds and climb the ranks. You venture off and fight monsters. You can pretty much do about anything you want. With so much to do, sometimes I actually felt myself bored because there was no real plot to follow and no specific path to follow. I got lost easily and the missions I got were confusing. The combat is ok, its better to fight in 1st person. The collision detection isn't very good, which can be frustrating.
Graphics: The vast world is just mind boggling. There are so many people to meet and things to see. The character animations don't look to good, and there are too many load screens, but most is forgivable when you think of how much has to load in the about 2 minute(estimation) load time when you die.
Sound: There are so many people to talk to and see that it just is so great. Most people though say about the same thing to you which gets repetitive. The sound track is very good.
Suggestions: Better combat and more specific mission descriptions.

Overall: An RPG that finaly lets players choose what to do and what not to do. Whether you become an evil villan of become a well know warrior or whether you simplily sit in the corner na dmake potions is up to the player.
Gameplay: At the start of the game it can be a bit slow but once players have "found their feet" it quickly picks up speed. There are many factions to join and a whole island to explore, players will not put down the controler for a while. In the game the player has a choice of eithe rplaying in 1st or 3rd person.
At times the combat can be clumsy and game play quite boring as you are send by your guild leader to some place in the middle of nowhere and you have no choice but to walk from the nearest town, which can take over an hour. Also people remember you so if you make a shop keeper early in the game annoyed don't expect him or her to be friendly later on.
Graphics: Players can become lost in this beautifuly crafted world as their are weather effect such as rain. But it is still just a game and objects do sometimes "clip into" each other.
Sound: The background music can be repeditive for some players and others may love it. Personaly I like the music.
Suggestions: Players should be able to mount.

Overall: IMHO i believe this is the greatest game i have ever played in my life. worth every single penny and then some. i cant count the number of hours i have put into this game or even the number of sleepless nights till the sun came up. OPEN-ended RPG is teh way to go. the world is so detailed. I beat it once and the replay value is so high i started over again with a whole new character following a whole new story line. AND I STILL HAVENT COVERED the whole map or found every cave. To much to cover. TO much of a game for a single person. even with the second game around im considering buying the huge 200+ page stragety guide so that i can start a new game and complete quest faster. I cant imagine an rpg fan who wont enjoy this. the only people who dont give this game its proper respect are the ones that dont like rpg's in the first place or they just cant figure out what to do with the freedom they have been given in this game.
Gameplay: the gameplay is superb. so much to do, so little time. you can follow the story line (unless you cant read and get lost) or you can forget it and do what your heart desires. be a good guy, be a bad guy, be a warrior, be a magician, a humanoid, a beast, the list goes on and on. REPLAY value is seems limitless.
Graphics: the graphics are incredible. everything is so fluid. nature is as it should be. i literally stopped sometimes from playing my game just to admire the water, the plants, the beautiful sky and the moons. the details of the clothes and character are also very good.
Sound: the music in this game is awesome. they hired a proffesional composer to make the music for this game. it gives it a very renaissance feel to it which i like. also the thunderstorms and lighting bolts are so realistic it had me checking my window a couple of times to see if it really was raining..(i couldnt tell becuase it was rainy season and it sounded almost exactly the same). the only annoying and repetitive sound was that of my character jumping over and over again. which annoyed my neighbors more than it annoyed me. and the only reason why i didnt give it a five for sound.
Suggestions: keepem coming dont let the GOTY edition be your last game for the xbox. i want to move on to the world of the khajit now.

Overall: Great concept, horrible execution. This game is great, one of my favorites if Bethseda would have fixed the error in the game. WARNING this game will give you an error message about 40+hours into the game which completely destroys any chance this game had. I even wrote Bethseda a letter asking them if they have fixed the bug in the new Edition of this game but I never got any response. I don't think I will give them my money again if they won't fix the bug. If you buy this game, buy it on PC. If you don't mind your game freezing up every 10 minutes, get this game. It is great and alot of fun. But I promise the error message ruined this game for me.
Gameplay: Besides the error, the gameplay is great. I'd spend hours at a time wandering around the world, doing as I pleased. You can do almost anything you want, steal, murder, whatever. Swinging your weapons gets a bit repeadative. Lots of fun going on killing sprees. It all comes back to the error message though, if you can't play the game(I couldn't finish in my case) then how fun can it be?
Graphics: The visuals are amazing. Great environments, different cities look different. Day turns to night, rain often falls and stops. Monsters and NPC's are a bit on the choppy side but they don't take away from the whole experience.
Sound: Again, great sound. You can hear your footsteps, the rain, thunder, wind, and all other things. Surround sound is great on this game. Best thing is the thunder. I really thought it was raining outside my house even 20+ hours into the game. The jumping noise is a bit funny but not that bad.
Suggestions: Only one. Fix the bug. The bug ruined this game for me. At least acknowledge the bug, Bethseda has never even said anything about it except that it is the individual Xboxs(load of crap considering its the only game that does it on my Xbox). I am like 50th level but each time I put Morrowind in my Xbox, it freezes within 10 minutes of starting it. This simply doesn't cut it. A game that is 95% complete should not have been released much less sold. I feel ripped off in two ways:
1. I paid 60 bucks for an incomplete game.
2. The game is really cool but I can't play it anymore due to the error so I am missing out on a potentially great game.

Overall: An amazing rpg that will take you hundreds of hours to complete. ive have at least 300 hours put into this game and im still playing
Gameplay: More stuff to do than you can imagine. the only problem is the combat which is boring and repetative. despite this it is still an amazing game
Graphics: the character models are not that good but the envoroment and weather effects are breathtaking. The water is especially amazing
Sound: the footsteps are the most annoying sounds ive ever heard in a game. and the sounds when you swing your weapon are that great either. The music is awesome though, very epic sounding

Overall: it is an excellent game with awsome graphics. It has a huge world full of exploration and danger it keeps me in my bed for hours.
Gameplay: It has plenty of characters that you can talk to and trade with and even kill. You have all the freedom you need
Graphics: It has awsome graphics for such a large game. All the different desighns for all the different things on that game is outstanding
Sound: The sound in that game is also pritty hair raising.Man, once I went into a haunted manor in Ald-Ruhln and I didnt stay in there for very long because of the monsters and the sounds it freaked me out and it's only a game
Suggestions: you all should make it an xbox live game because of all the excitment. You could put missions in the game to were you are assighned to kill other players,or you could trade with them and you could actually be able to do something with those impossibly expencive weapons and armor and items

I LOVE Halo...
Date reviewed: October 13, 2003.

Overall: Well... when I first got it, it was a little slow. I played it for about a total of 4 hours, then quit. I just didnt have the patientce. I then whent on to Halo.
But now, when i am not playing Halo, Morrowind is playin on my Xbox.
Gameplay: Awsome. So many choices that it makes the head spin. Some days I will just create characters. So many combonations. I love it but... there is one major flaw. The gliches. I will be on a quest taking a fair maden to a distant town when she gets stuck in a well and dies. It sucks. But thats life.
Graphics: Ahh... the graphics are very easy on the eyes. The weapons, spells, and armor are sweet. This game is not freeze proof, though.
Sound: The sounds can get very repedtive after the 20th time. The fighting sounds don't, though. It's always nice to hear the sound of a sword being shoved into hard steel armor.
Suggestions: Umm... make more!
